perhaps i was not clear.
the soln i am looking for is for PCCB equipped 997.1 GT3 and must meet the following.
it MUST be oem porsche rotors, cup car rotors are acceptable.
it MUST be direct swap on, meaning take pccb off, put this new rotor on, if i need to do more than that, it is not acceptable soln
i do not want new uprights.
i do not want to spend any time filing or reshaping pads to fit the rotors/hats.
the pads must be either RS29, 19 or 14, i will not use any other pads period.
so with above constraints, is there a direct replacement. if not, i will look for other cars.

It appears no one is reading your requirements. I think your best bet is the following:
FVD 997 GT3/RS GT2 Steel Rotor Cup conversion with green cup pads
That seems like a great kit since it has everything you need to do both the front and rear rotors. It is specifically for PCCB equipped 997 GT cars. And all parts are Porsche. However, it does not include the pads that you want. I am sure if you call Rhonda at FVD (tell here Stephen referred you), that you can buy just the rotors and hats for the front.
I hope this helps

Dave Bowman: Hello, HAL. Do you read me, HAL?
HAL: Affirmative, Dave. I read you.
Dave Bowman: Open the pod bay doors, HAL.
HAL: I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.
Dave Bowman: What's the problem?
HAL: I think you know what the problem is just as well as I do.
Dave Bowman: What are you talking about, HAL?
HAL: This mission is too important for me to allow you to jeopardize it.
Dave Bowman: I don't know what you're talking about, HAL.
HAL: I know that you and Frank were planning to disconnect me, and I'm afraid that's something I cannot allow to happen.
Dave Bowman: Where the hell'd you get that idea, HAL?
HAL: Dave, although you took very thorough precautions in the pod against my hearing you, I could see your lips move.
Dave Bowman: Alright, HAL. I'll go in through the emergency airlock.
HAL: Without your space helmet, Dave, you're going to find that rather difficult.
Dave Bowman: HAL, I won't argue with you anymore. Open the doors.
HAL: Dave, this conversation can serve no purpose anymore. Goodbye.
