Default Dallas Cars and Coffee

Was anybody on this board there today? My son and I showed up late - around 10:45 but saw Jacky Roffe's car with Mark driving and a white 997 mk1 GT3, Orange RS, and a white 997 mk2 GT3 with a cage in it. I need to put the next one on my calendar so we can get there earlier.

I was impressed by the turnout - they said over 600 cars.

I was there right behind the Orange RS. Dan, beautiful car - has a great sound from behind. I think I got some pretty cool video blasting up the tollroad.

Bob, C&C is the last Saturday of every month.

Thanks Brian - I caught a glimpse of your CGT as you were pulling out - Amazing. Dan - the RS is sweet - makes me wish I could afford one of each.

Maybe I'll catch up with you guys next month.

Wouldnt a Polar Silver GT3 RS with a blue interior be super cool? You could have royal blue wheels and rear spoiler with a BIG OLE Blue star on the hood. Especially in Dallas.

Brian, good seeing you again...love the CGT..

Bob-D...I had no idea what this event was, I was blown away, lots of cool cars..let's get a large Porsche group for the next one..do the same thing, meet at RUF 8am and caravan over..

Anybody see me almost hit the 930 turbo that pulled out unexpectedly behind me as I was backing up...20 people screamed....."STOP!"...too funny

DR when I was a kid you would NEVER see a 4skin jersey in town. But when I went to DC there were lots of Cowboy fans there. Now with so many transplants its not uncommon to see 4 skins, beagles and even tiny people jerseys there.
Do you think the 4skins will ever win again?

Hey Bob, were you parked along the curb (i.e. not in a parking spot)? A buddy and I were camped out by your car at around 11am for a while drooling over it.

I was really bummed out that I got there late (around 10:45-ish myself) and missed DRG's fly ride. Funny that I've seen a few Enzo's and Carrera GT's up close, but not an RS yet.

Yep, that was me. I showed up really late and snagged a place while my son and I wandered around and checked things out. I probably saw you there and didn't realize it. We had to go listen to them taking off - RAC sold a GMG exhaust to me right after I heard their red car. It will be here next week
