Default GOOD NEW...GOOD NEWS!!!

Well for me anyway... I just got the call from my dealer and My allocation came through for my GT3 RS!!!!! April build and hopefully it will arrive by the end of May. I will put the build together on Monday.

This call came just in the nick of time, it stopped me from buying a Spyker C8 Spyder.... well maybe it did. I put a deposit down the other day and told them I would let them know by Saturday at 5:00 pm.... oh what to do.

I will remain hopeful for the end of May, but June is more realistic.

Is the 40th vette worth that much?? I remember a friend of my dad you had bought the ZR1 back in the 90s and thought he was going to make a few coins...... Damn he lost a lot.

You are right, both my 88 35th anniversary and 93 40th anniversary Vettes are like new, (the 88 is like showroom new 9k miles) I held onto them thinking they would be worth some good money someday... maybe in 20 more years. I actually called the Spyker dealer to see if they wanted the 40th anniversary Vette and they gave me the money for it I was looking for, so that will be going.

I must admit I am very excited about the Spyker... this came about on Monday when I stopped by the dealer to look at a used 97 993TT(still want one of those). When I walked passed the Spyker my jaw dropped... the salesman put together a deal I couldn't say no to.

I will post plenty of Pictures when I pick it up on Wednesday.

Get both.

love the Spykers, different to be different is some area's but I like the look for a fun extra car to play with.
Much more exclusive and rear for much less $$ than other exotics.

They are doing some racing, even owned an F1 team and ran atr lemans, so they are probably put together OK and are or could be made track worthy. AP racing brakes, Lotus suspension and tub.

With Audi powerplants that should be no problem either.

Hope you are pretty flexible. I sat in one at the Frankfurt auto show. Very tough to get in and even tougher getting out. Still a nice car. Congrats to you.
