You have to appreciate a person willing to put forward his or her opinion, even when they know that it will not be well received.

I would have to say that the Porsche team did what was needed to win. Good for them. I think that the aggressive driving and deliberate punting of cars off the track by the Factory Corvette team was completely uncalled for, but racing is racing. Karma has a way of evening the score sooner or later.

I hate to see cars deliberately shunted off the track, but lets face it, it does occasionally happen. I think that the Corvette got what it deserved, and I am especially glad that no one was seriously hurt. Overall I think that it is the job of the officials to ensure that these types of actions have more serious penalties, but I think that until someone really gets hurt, that is unlikely to happen, which to me is the saddest part of all.

Just my .02 cents for what it is worth.

Vette team has a tough go to maintain viability from GM / support - win at any cost. IMO.
