I'm so jealous. I hope I have the funds to do this someday.

How did you prep? Have you done any other Targas? Racing experience?

I think this is explain in the other main thread. I seem to recall it was Cup headers and straight pipes with tuning. Sounds raucous. How he cross the continent driving that, I can't imagine. Earplugs at least!

i have no formal racing experience. I have successfully completed 8 targas however.

PREP FOR TARGA

1.CLUBSPORT ROLL CAGE
2.RAISE COIL OVER SUSPENSION TO MAX HEIGHT WITH ALIGNMENT
3. REMOVE FRONT SPLITTER

DONE.

Stock headers and cats. No mufflers.

Im using the CUP S exhaust which effectivly bolts on behind the cats and eliminates all mufflers.

Wow that looked like some serious fun! I was watching GT-Racer on Discovery Theater HD last night and Panamerica Historic Race looked a lot a like that too

I think you should consider taking up some formal racing! You've got talent to be able to push your new car that hard around high variability city streets.
