Default Now thats what I call a torque wrench!

Changed tires to PS2's today, saving the Cups for the track. Got my first look at the new torque wrench. Holy Cow, it's huge. 3/4 inch drive. Our Tech said that they bought it through the Snap On dealer (not Snap On though) for $570.00. I'll get the name because I'll probably buy it. I was the first to have used the new wrench. It's a big one.

that's the precision instruments torque wrench. They make some of the Snap-On torque wrenches.

So I just ordered this big boy.
What about the wheel line up assist thingy? I have seen it mentioned but have no idea as to what it is.
Some comment about "not doing any damage to the rotor" (PCCB).
If one used a little caution, is it a big deal?

You do not want to let the wheel touch the PCCB rotor!!!
If you have iron, not a big deal

Here is the assembly aid
$546 at the dealer

I had a look at the "caliper saver" at the dealer, there's nothing to it. You could probably cut a thread into some heavy nylon pipe. Anyone with SolidWorks could reproduce it. I'm guessing around $100 would be a more reasonable price.

You may need one of these also. Pic was taken during commisioning 3 years ago. Maybe 2-3 min for that part.
