Beverly Hills?
The reason they add market adjustment is because the consumers cave.

Ummm...because you want a faster, better car with a 4 year warranty?

This REALLY pisses me off given how the stupid fu@kers ripped off last time. My C2s is the last one I am buying. I thought NO way in HELL they would try it again. And if THIS is the case guess what happens when these a$$holes get the RS in 2011!!??

AND IN THIS MARKET AND ECONOMY!! who the FU@K do they think they are?????

Is that car new or used? If it is new, report them to Porsche North America. They are violating their sales contract with Porsche by selling over and WILL lose allocations if they get reported. If it is used, ie new owner immediately turned the car for $5-10K profit; again report them to PCNA. This is a tactic dealers have used in the past to get around the MSRP limit rule. PCNA is now wise and tracking dealers who use this tactic. PCNA may or may not pull an allocation to the dealer for this type of violation.

I saw one at another LA dealer with a $10K market adjustment. I asked him if he was serious. He said he would be happy to sell it for MSRP. I think they are fishing for suckers.
