Test weight was 3,240 pounds with PCCB's and Carbon Racing Shells. How does that compare to the 997.1 GT3?
EDIT: I see now that the test weight includes driver - sounds pretty light (though I wouldn't be surpirsed if R&T just added the weight of their driver to the published Curb Weight, rather than actually weighing it).

I would still like to see a test of US spec car on american soil...always seems these pre-production cars (particularly Ferrari) are a wee bit faster than what we can actually buy...

The slalom speed was 75.9mph (700 ft. w/100 ft. spacing) if that's more up your alley, and it pulled 1.04g lateral acceleration. All in all, damned impressive!

For 997.1 GT3:
Car & Driver got 3.8 0-60, 12.0 quarter @ 118 mph
Edmunds got 3.9 0-60, 12.2 quarter @ 116 mph
So differences are marginal. Would be interesting to see numbers for both generation cars after 5,000 miles or so, when motors are fully loosened up...

We saw 312 km/h on the Autobahn
I think he was referring to it being faster than the Turbo as opposed to the green movement but I didn't ask.
