My 6gt3 came with silver. Wished they were black. Mike

btw, it's not silver, it's a decal applied to the face. they WILL peel.
my 05 with white gauge did.

I did not order it it was off showroom floor when I bought it. I could do wo cruise control too- never use it. If it's not silver then what color is it - doesn't look white either. If it peels off then what's behind it? Doesn't look easy to remove. Mike

i meant it's not a silver one piece dial. it's a silver decal.
when delaminate, it delaminate in pieces. my was black underneath.
then i sold it b/c i hated the delamination

Black. I wish the tach on the 997 GT3 came in Black like the rest of the guages instead of the stock Silver. It would be easier to read, especially under certain lighting conditions, like direct sunlight on the guages.

I don't see black is the easiest one to read.

White is the clearest one IMO.

Any pics in WHITE or YELLOW?

Black is the easiest to read.
That's why we have been using black instruments in aviation because it is easier to read under any conditions.
Even airplanes today with CRT or LCD screens use a black background.

They also use black in aircraft because there are so many gauges that it would illminate the cabin if they were brightly colored.
