466 at the wheels? and just 2,520 lbs?
You're getting into RSR territory. Most Cup cars won't stand a chance regardless of who drives them.

I remember there was a particular seemingly unbeatable bee at the origin of this insane project, but I don't get the bird reference or "Carmine." I guess we should just leave those as "in" jokes."
Anyway, I've heard horror stories or wheel bearing failures on high horsepower 911's on dynapaks ... is this a newer design with less offset or is it just a matter of the 997 wheel carrier being stout enough to take the punishment?
(nb. I'm not trying to trash dynapak -- the fundamental concept of removing the wheel and tire from the equation makes perfect sense to me ... especially if you've ever seen problems on a conventional rolling dyno ... though I think there needs to be an accessory where the factory wheel and tire can be mounted and tested to measure its parasitic cost to get a total drive train loss factor.)

The RSR uprights, which I'm sure are on this machine, have much stouter wheel bearing housings, retainers, etc.
we put them on my car in a project that I thought was painfull, until I saw this one

For years we supplied the wiring harnesses for the RSR's for Porsche AG. Stopped doing it because there were too few of them in the past two years and it was not worth the effort as it would have been a loss leader. Having said that, a good set of harnesses can save considerable weight and weight in ancilliaries (even on my 964 street car, the weight savings over the street wiring was 44 lbs -- and I kept wiring for A/C, stereo, power windows, etc., etc.). Having said that, there are relativelty few firms that can actually make a truly first class harness and one should be careful (e.g., have pull tests been made at all connectors and, by the way, what connectors are being used?). As to the dashboard, is it carbon fiber or carbon fiber and Kevlar. If only carbon fiber and you have the wrong type of accident and the dashboard splinters you could end up being stabbed to death by the extremely sharp carbon fiber chards.

insane is a severe understatement. you sir are certifiable. good luck with the car. looks like it came out really well and very close to your target numbers. are you gonna do anything to get the magic 475? or leave it for now and see how it rides?
