The dealer can't do anything to adjust idle or otherwise with the PIWIS tester to compensate for LWFW. I don't think it's even possible to plug in a RS VIN, as the PIWIS reads the VIN of the car it's plugged into, and give the car an RS flash. My guess would be a flash update due (needed) for your car
