Techart wheels and aero kit? Looks very nice except for that Alu-look bar on the intakes.

Hey Frank, thanks for the kind words and I do think the fun (but slower for me) way around the track is with the 6. I enjoy it, it's involving... and just can't be beat. Now the fast way (and easy for me) is the PDK but it's not as fun/involving. You work far less....

I have to change the decals from "UPS" to "SWERKS" and "What can SWERKS do for you?".

One thing that I'm having trouble with even saying but I'm going to anyways is that I'm really surprised at how well this car now handles _with_ TechArt springs. For anyone that knows me, this might well come as a bit of a shock (no pun intended) because in general we will not install H&R spring kits on any 996, Cayman or 997 based car. It's coil overs or else type of thing... But whatever changes were made to the stock shocks they seem to be very compliant and a great match for the TechArt springs on these .2 cars. It seems like we really do have another less expensive option that works well on .2 997. I'm still scratching my head!

Well, that is interesting!! I just got home from Reno where I was driving the 997s for the last 12 days, a couple trips to Fallon and back and just yesterday a trip to Lake Tahoe and back. The weather was fantastic for this time of the year. When I arrived back here on the coast the second thing I did was take the GT3 out of the garage and give it a good thrashing, the first thing I did was unload the truck. There's just no comparing the 2 cars!! We will have to talk about this Alex as the S really needs some help in the handling department. I am anxious to drive the faux frog!! Hoefully soon. I sure miss the 3 while I am away.

Just an FYI folks, we installed our muffler bypass system on another local car yesterday and I know you folks wanted more pix etc....

On the car:

Stock vs ours

The kit:

James had the neat idea of setting the price at $997.09 (no kidding!) so let me know if you folks are interested. For more information feel free to email alex@sharkwerks.com or check our the product page:

I'm surprised he didn't make it $904.10 as it looks like it may be 2010 before we see his car!!!! Sorry James.
