Hi guys

I am pretty clueless bout how much the brand new OEM GT3 wheels are like and their secondary value in resale market for a pair of used one.

Say condition is mint ( 3mths on the car), how much u guys think a fair value?

Are we talking about 997/3 set, with TPM's installed? New its like 6,000.00 not that you would go buy a set. I bought a set off of ebay off a 997/3 with vary little damage just a few blemishes for 2300 to my door. That is US Dollars, so what is that worth now days?

 

i would start with the costs of just replacing the new wheels... Bert Smith porsche says..

i would say.. somewhere betwen 1/2 and 3/4 of the new price

The tpms is $163 per corner from porsche. 3k would be a fair price with sensors.

 

I forget the details but adding TPMS sensors to a wheel & tire combo from TireRack was probably less than $40 per wheel.

Just not too big a deal, if someone is after OE rims the lack of TPMS is not a show stopper.

 

Suncoast and tire rack sell the TPMS for $100 per corner.
