I guess my general question is how do the bilstein's work with PASM ... do they in fact work with it at all or does it basically just fool the car into thinking that it's in normal/sport mode?

You still retain your sport button to stiffen them up. Except with the bilsteins you adjust the height and when you hit the sport mode they stiffen up a lot more than the factory set up does and increases the handling tremendously in the corners and when the car is not in sport mode it drives like stock but a little bit firmer. I hope this helps. It doesn't fool it at all they completely work together just like your factory set up but they perform better than factory.

The stock set up will adjust and the normal setting will firm up based on driving input or the sport might soften.

Yes it does adjust by itself on the fly within each setting based on how your driving. Thanks for stepping in and making it clear what he was asking.

I dont understand what the PSS10s get you in a GT3. They are PERFECT in a TT
or carrera or Boxster/Cayman which doesnt have adjustable suspension. They have
10 settings but in my TT I only used 2 settings 3/4 for street (front rear respectively)
and 1/2 front back for track. Once the hieght is set you are done. Like the GT3.
The sport and normal PASM settings give you 2 settings one for street one for track.
So I dont see what the PSS10s get you in the GT3. It gets you everything the GT3 has in
the TT Boxster or Carrera. WITH The PSS10s you should buy GT3 sways too. That give you the
full flexibility that the GT3 alreaady has.

Yes ride height is adjustable. the stock coil overs look like PSS9s and I should say I had
PSS9s on my TT not 10's. the PSS10s are a GREAT street track setup for a non adjustable suspension Porsche
Once set it takes literally 30 seconds to adjust. Maybe even quicker on the PSS10s as the adjustment

Actually I really had 2 questions:
1) do the PSS-10's have 2-setting PASM that is controlable by the car or not?
- the answer is yes
I guess my 2nd question is given that the PSS-10 is also "adjustable" presumably this adjusts the "normal" setting for PASM, so you can essentially
play with that baseline over and above the 2-settings from PASM?
So if you think "normal" is too soft/hard you can adjust the shocks accordingly to "set" "normal" to your tastes, then I guess "sport" is really incrementally determined by the adjustable "valve" within the PSS-1o that PASM adjusts

You are correct that you have two settings to chose from and you can chose which every two settings you want them to be set at for stock mode (normal) and sport (stiffer mode)
