frayed,
you don't mean a driving impression do you? I wouldn't think so, you're not supposed to drive a Ferrari, makes em depreciate too fast...
Only kidding Kevin, I love the 430...

CJ,
then you have to call ahead to the club/restaurant and make sure there is an electrical outlet to plug in the John Travolta "bubble Boy" protective encasement...
Just kidding Kevin...

Ok, Alex, I'll chime in: GT3, RS, 430, they're all great which is why the right answer is to have all of them. I'm sure this makes me sound like an utter a-hole, but I'm grateful to be able to go the garage and pick my daily weapon of choice. Another car is about to be added, but I won't part with any of these.

peloton, good for you! I'd love to add an italian to my stable, but my $ is going towards track stuff...maybe in a few more years.
kevin- 430's are awesome...have you got a chance you rev it to 9000 yet?

The F430 has very much the same purity of feel as the GT3, IMHO. The TT has very little feel at all. The TT is soulless, something that cannot possibly be said of the F430.
I drive my brother's F430 a lot, and while I doubt I would give up my RS for it, it is undeniably fantastic to drive. I would love to drive a Scud, but I'm scared that it might indeed weaken my GT3 loyalty.
Sadly, Fcar owners give the marque a bad name amongst driving purists. Most Ferraris are owned by badge worshippers who buy automotive jewelry rather than sports cars. But the F430 and F599 deserve better than that. Much, much better than that. And they're surprisingly reliable and robust too.
Here's a pic from a 1,500 mile cross-country trip I did with my brother last year.
