RS It's here
After a 7 month wait finally picked up the car tonight, drove only a short while around 40 miles, trying to keep the RPM's low per break in, lots of traffic, no clear film protection, etc, so only experienced a small part of it.
Suddenly my 993 feels dated, this car is much more comfortable sounds great even only up to 4k can't imagine in the high revs. handeling feels great point it where you want and accelerate even driving at 2/10ths it's a blast.

Rop,
Congratulations! Now you know! I hope the weather will cooperate and let you break it in very quickly. Be patient! It is beautiful. I really like the alcantara strip (where the cup holders are)... And everything else!

Really cool. Yes, it's worth the wait in all respects. I really like the single small hit of orange around the shifter. And the alcantara on the dash strip.

Thanks everyone for the compliments, & the support last summer, this car almost never happened. Also for all the pics from other owners, which were really helpful in choosing options, since there were no real Porsche brochures, or dealer inventory to look at.
Can't wait for the break in miles, weather to break, get the film on the car so I can track it.
Almost feel like taking a long boring 2,000 mile trip somewhere over the next 2 days to get past the break in. Is it critical? I know many go right to the track.
Rsman, the pcm is in leather, so are all the other trim parts in black, did not go with any paint inside except the small orange strip on the shifter. Stiching is regular, was on a website the other day for a guy that does custom Porsche interiors for the older cars, his leather work looked great but the stiching seemed enlarged, irregular I think the pics exagert it.
