LWFW- 2000+ unless you DIY
radiator screens to prevent vacuuming up small animals and various road debris - couple hundred bucks
exhaust center section swap- around 2000 bucks
you should buy a few extra of those 120 dollar plastic chin spoilers- it prevents you from feeling squeamish if you know you have more than one. you will scrape it everywhere in the city/parking lots/driveways/garages

Thanks for the vote of confidence and for the support folks
One thing I would do before drivign the car 5 feet is get some more protective film installed around the fenders. The factory one on the 3 is so small and not enough. The RS doesn't even have one

He is in PA. Phily side. LWFW is by far the best upgrade for 1st and 2nd. If you tack > 70% Guard 50/80 LSD., Moton's or JRZ. IT adds up. I have Fabspeed exhaust (HEADERS,CATS, and mufflers). They are near you.

Well I guess it depends on what you use the car for daily driver or track as much as you can. I am the latter so I went with the safety Mods first in this order 1) roll bar 2) GT3 seats 3) 6 pt harnesses ( done) wanting to do next 4) sharkwerks bypass 5) LWFW 6) CCW rims with R6's mounted 7) Data acquisition unit vs. lap timer 8) shoot, put this as #4 Sharkwerks fire extinguisher and last a good driver which leaves me out of the car. Then the dream list, full roll bar, dedicated race car and ....................

George3 - Number one is a proper alignment/corner balance. If you track the car (and it sounds like it), this is number One.
Depending on where you track I advise you to check to be sure that a modified exhaust will not get you black flagged for excess noise. Tracks are getting very fussy about this. Limerock, Laguna and my home track, Le Circuit Tremblant have imposed stringent noise limits. A 997 GT3 with a stock exhaust will be sent home at Laguna Seca. A 997 Gt3 with an aftermarket exhaust will not pass as Limerock or Tremblant.
best,
