Funny but I don't think the rear pad replacement is hard at all. The calipers are on rubber lines (unlike the fronts) so they're easy to move and the pads will drop right out. Replacement is also ridiculously easy since you don't need to undo a bolt or fiddle with the damn spring plate. The only hard part is getting all of the pistons fully retracted at the same time - I am looking for a tool but you can use the old pads, some wood and a screwdriver. I do wonder whether you really should replace the caliper bolts each time but that is probably overkill for DE.

dealer told me caliper bolt is a stretch bolt and porsche manual states they need to be replaced. i replace the bolts every other time i remove the caliper.

Is there a GT3 replacement pad that may give up a little brake grab but is LESS DUSTY? My wheels are covered after just one drive.
