I think on most cars the sunroof tilted up won't act to add any downforce since it is in a low pressure zone already. On the 944's the old latches fail and the roofs get sucked out as if by the hands of alien overlords

Not joking about the de-ionized h2o. On the recomendation a another gt3 owner, bought "cr spotless" water filtration system and an electric pressure washer. Together the system allows me to wash the car slowly and carefully not worrying about leaving water spots. Barely even touch the car. Best car care product I've bought although expensive and you can go through resin fast if you have hard water.

I guess I misunderstood a bit; When I saw deionized H2O I immediately thought of what we used to use in my college days chem. labs.

I'd assume car part stores and boat supply. I used to use one on my sport fisher. Those are more Industrial , and more expensive, but does a better job w/ larger filter. It does work, but bear in mind what other mentioned Re: hard water= extra supplies.
