Hmm. Looks like only the tail lights changed. I wouldn't call it a facelift. Too bad they couldn't do something about that "golf ball in the mouth" fog light

The front will be different too.
Pictures of the facelifted 997 have been around for awhile and I think it will be introduced as a 2009 model. These are the first photos of the facelifted 997 Turbo that i've seen.

Still not sure about those new tail lights.

Headlights are different, too...

I am not sure about the new rear lights, either. But it's too soon to tell!

They should change the front fog light style.
Tech Art 997 GT Street, have front fog light and still look very nice.

Direct Injection should be a HUGE improvement for the TT. They'll be able to significantly raise the compression ratio, so there will be much less turbo lag...

Actually, I read that the DI is working better for the Cayenne and Cayenne S but not that great for the Cayenne Turbo. Perhaps it has less impact and power gain for a turbocharged engine.

Works great on the BMW 335i - least lag I've ever felt...
