The GT3 PET, available in the General Forum, shows the part numbers. The extinguisher is on page one as part no. K 993 722 115 70. The 997 part numbers for the support and strap, etc. are on pages 202-203 in the section depicting the seats.

Be careful. I already went through my parts dept to get the bracket and bottle. The diagram in their computer shows a 997 outline, but the part is for a 993. The 993 bottle is the large bottle.

FWIW, I can't seem to get my hands on a little bottle (ie, the factory bottle). If you can get it, let me know!

Note that the cute little OEM bottle does not meet PCA rules for DE

Do not bother trying to order it from the dealer. It will take forever and you will not end up getting it at all.

Carnewal.com has the full thing, got mine in two weeks

There is a problem with mounting it though, ROW cars have predrilled/covered screws on the passenger side. USA Cars do NOT.

Isn't that the larger bottle too (pictured above)? I agree to not try to order from the dealer catalog. I ordered it and the large bottle came in instead of the smaller bottle.

i understand. he want is for "show".

moogle, the pix you showed is the big bottle. the part number has 997 prefix but it's a 993 bottle too. it's REALLY BIG in person, almost 10 lb can.

I pulled mine out to look. The extinguisher is a Gloria (AKA Kidde) 1kg powder fire extinguisher, model P1DB. The closest I could find with google is here--it's the smaller extinguisher, but mine has a black top shroud. I'll see if I find any part numbers on the mount later today.

Mooty, I took from your original post that you were looking for something hard to find, which I assumed to be the larger bottle.

Doesn't the little one (the one that bolts onto the front of a seat) appear in the tequipment catalog? (usually there is a corresponding part number under it in the catalog)
