Default Pirelli Pzero Corsa vs Michelin Pilot Sport

My Car came with the MPSC - I just love the grip of these tires.

I was only able to get 4300 miles on the rear.

But how does it compare to the Pirelli's ? In grip and wear.
What do you guys recomend

I don't drive the car in the rain and mostly use it for canyon drives and track.

ps. I temporarily put a pair of PS2 in the back, the front are still the MPSC.
Took the car for a canyon drive this Sunday and I hated it. Poor grip and very figity, especially under heavy breaking (just horrible).

I would be careful mixing tires. I think it might make the car very unpredictable.

FWIW, I switched to the PS2's for street driving and save the Cups for the track. Don't notice a huge difference. I really don't think you can heat up the Cups enough on the street.

I'm going to switch to PS2's for the street as well and was wondering what pressures you ended up running on them since the sidewalls are much softer than the cups.

I tried running them on the recommended pressure for the Carrera, but it felt like way too much pressure. I ended up running 29/33- the panel door recomendation and they feel pretty good there.

The PS2 is just fine for the street. But not in extreme driving conditions.
I exprienced the 3 stooges dancing in the back of the car when I was breaking for a corner from the high 3 digits, I could not even take my hand off the steering wheel to downshift, that's how bad it was.

So does anyone have any comps between the MPSC & Corsa on the track ?
