Yellow GT3 /w black wheels, yellow lip
Photoshoped the yellow lip to see how it would look. Also change the PCCB to red for my steel disks. Thoughts?

Meant to say that the PCCB in the above pic was converted to standard red since I did not order PCCB and wanted to see what it looked like in contrasting color. I called the dealer to see if there was an option to have the standard brakes painted yellow. Answer was no 8(

I'm definitely leaning towards the black rims/yellow lip. Where are you in socal? I'll ask my local dealer where they usually get theirs done. The tricky thing is trying to match the speed yellow on the lip. They may have to do a custom mix? How does one match color for power coating?

I still have time to order the PCCBs. But man, that's 8K. It'll be a lot cheaper to get them PC yellow afterwards. My cheap side likes the contrasting red. 8)

BTW, do you know of a socal tuner? I guess I can also remove the calipers and ship out to anyone that's capable of doing this.

I like how porsche sticks with their brake caliper colors: black base car brakes; red for turbo and S models; yellow for PCCB. I would leave them; but i would not think you are a pouser for painting them. Because only a true Porsche enthusiast knows what the colors mean anyway, and you cannot fool them when they take a closer look and do not see the correct rotors with your yellow calipers.
Do it if you like it.
btw, the lip looks gold, not yellow to me. still looks nice.

How do you powder coat two colors? Do you bake the first color and tape and bake the second color? I would think the second bake would ruin the already baked color of the first. Can someone point to a shop that can do this?
I'll definitely call Chris for the calipers.
Thanks.
