Default can my RS order still be changed at PLPROD

just wondering if my RS order is still able to be changed manually by a Porsche rep if if the pro forma says the status is PLPROD. i did not expect it to go to production so fast as it was scheduled as a July build. Looks like it was pushed up. If so, when do you think the car will be delivered?

Just watching the posts go by regarding scheduled builds versus actual builds, I'm getting a sense that Porsche is moving builds up by 1-4 weeks (special order delays aside). For example, my car was scheduled to start build in the first week of March and it actually finished build by then. Is this under-promise, over-deliver typical or could Porsche be trying to get all the RS's built before end of July (to keep them in MY2007)?

That's what I thought. Since I had a July build, I thought I had plenty of time to make changes. All of a sudden my pro forma says PLPROD. So you really cannot depend on the quoted build month from the dealer. You should check your pro forma for your current status.

Don't know about moving production up. My May build GT3 is scheduled to be completed June 1.

This happened to my GT3 too. I had an April build and now it has slipped into the first week of May.
