There WILL be '08 RS's. You guys are right, I don't know my a$$.
Cannot tell you how I know at this point, don't wish to implicate anyone specific.
I'm still going to get one now however.

OK, I'm not sure how many, but perhaps as many as '07, more than 100.
The whole conversation was a delicate issue with non-denials being as close as someone would come to answering affirmatively. it was like speaking to an ambassador of a ME State. But the message was clear...

This is exactly what my salesman told me several weeks ago, exactly counter to what a friend of mine was told by a high ranking PCNA official three weeks ago, and counter to what Peter Schwartzenbauer supposedly told someone last week, according to another thread on this website.
I suppose we will all find out in the fullness of time, but I don't think ANYONE actually KNOWS, as a lot of folks who think they know seem to know different and contradictory things.

I would find it very difficult to believe that Porsche (and dealerships) would pass on an opportunity to make money. If the car is in demand as many seem to think. Porsche is going to capitalize on it and increase their trips to the bank.
What that does to 2007 RS values, will be a another matter.

All things considered, I'd say I have a pretty good guess as to your source.
If I'm right, I think I need to get back on the RS waiting list....

Please post a source, otherwise, why post at all to stir up the pot? Mr. Schwarzenbauer has hinted there will be no '08 RS's as have other high-ranking PCNA officials. Furthermore, my dealer, who wouldn't pass on making a buck, told me there will be no '08 RS's and they're disappointed as well by the news. Would be nice if you could divulge your source rather than leave us hanging. Maybe next time, keep the news to yourself until you can confirm definitively what's going on. A lot of people's hopes are resting on your shoulders.
