yes and if you want to really learn how to do this in a safer environemnt Dro find a local drift day event many i am sure near you in CA

i bet if you do a few of these along with proper track driving you will become a much better driver on the track

i think PCA should enforce more serious car control exercises for newb's before they get on the track

yea i guess wish is the wrong word. you are all right...its about seat time. Being young and this my first porsche and with 3 track days under my belt I look forward to the many years of practice/experience ahead. I have already learned so much from what little experience I have and the forums, I can totally see myself drifting turns like that one day.

And yes MJones I will deffinately be attending PDE in the near future!

Not something I would recommend for a novice to try but the cat has pretty good car control and he's just having some fun...either that or he's showing the guy in the white 164 Alfa how to do it...

My thought watching the video was: I wish someone would have followed the white Alfa...that would have been entertaining!

i dont understand why some of you are whinning about the drifting, obviously he made the car drift and had enough control/skills to be able to do it cleanly, this wasnt a race, im sure he knows thats not the quickest way around a track.
