If you're interested, the car is just arrived at the dealer and the guy who ordered it backed out.
It's Speed Yellow with yellow belts, that's it!
Again PM me if you're interested.
Just thought I'd say it again. I don't have any affiliation nor do I receive or want any compensation. Just doing us enthusiasts a favor.

M, so true. If it was a daily driver I would have been more serious but the thought of tracking that car right now just didn't appeal to me (well mainly the wife ). $120K is one helluva lota car to risk turning into a crushed tin can!
Not to mention, the challenge of driving the MkII to it's limits (well, at least my limits) and knowing that it is skill and not driver aids is VERY appealing. Besdies, GM's car is going to be in good hands

^996 GT3's are a lot of fun to drive...I've yet to drive a 997 version, I suspect that to drive it at the limits (the car's) it will be very demanding as well. Especially the RS!

"especially the RS."
I believe RS performance will be no better than the regular GT3, with the exception of the LWFW. Same engine, trans/gears, suspension, etc. Not all the weight savings of the euro version, so no more go.

and as the sport gets popular, some drivers get overzealous and drive certain cars that are fast and almost drive themselves (Evo and STi comes to mind). thus when they go off, they go off BIG time. they may shoot back on track and take US out. they may leak oil and unless your Ghetto Racer himself, you got no chance but kiss the wall....
i sure as hell can't afford to wad up a GT3.
