MSRP. They will ask what they can charge. At a miniuim, unless you have bought 10 other cars from that dealer, they will expect at least MSRP, if not over sticker.

doubt it
my dad who is in the car business says he knows of a Toyota bought in USA, shipped to Japan.. less than a year old. Toyota Japan would not cover any warranty claims lol.
