Every focused car is special for very specific reasons, I've been fortunate to own a number of near race cars that thank god can be used on the road including one of the very first Elises back in 96 a high powered Caterham 7 and currently a GT3RS and a Radical SR3 Supersport. I have also driven a variety of Exige on circuit.
All are stunning but all very different. The sub 500kg cars will never be bettered for turn in speed, razor edge dynamics and degree of driver machince connection, however, the GT3/ GT3RS is special for for being a stunning all round package. Every element of these vehicles the result of extraordinary precision engineering with a heritage you can feel. I love my SR3 but my RS is in a whole different league when it comes to that something that makes the driving experience that bit more special.
Last yeat a posted a review of the GT3RS vs a friends 996 TT X50 - that was one special day

Enjoy your car.
Then don't f*cking start them FFS

I also spend a LOT of time on track here in the UK with all manner of Lotus cars, something I imagine you do not have the advantage of doing.
You on the other hand have been quoting paper figures to suport your argument.
Whatever, we all have our opinions and I certainly don't begrudge you yours
I'm not here to fall out with anyone (particularly a fellow Lotus owner)
