I'm thinking around $170-175K on this one.

Yes, someone should pick it up, gut it, and turn into a great track car.

Saw this one in person at a local cars and coffee last month. The car is super clean in person. The owner wasn’t exactly an enthusiast - and not exactly a joy to talk to, either.

gotcha. I didn’t realize that request came from a moderator. Does that mean the first thread will be locked? We don’t want people posting in both.

It would be nice if there was a thread that was just one post that is edited with the list of cars for sale. So it could be updated with all the GT cars listed so you don’t have to dig through pages to find cars that may still be for sale.. then have this thread or previous with the discussions about sad cars available.

Sorry to post this again, but what does the group think of the asking price of this 2011 example?

im thinking about buying it and reverting it back to stock.

I think you can find a nicer example for that money.
A really clean .1 would be my choice.

That salvage RS is one of the few times where I think posting the accident photos HELPS the value. From how bad the front fender fits I would have thought the whole front end was completely ripped off.

Besides wheels, what else is modded and needs to be reversed to stock? The tire stickers lol, such a broccoli head thing to do.

yep, I’d be more inclined to buy this one over the fire damaged one that went for $185.

I’ve had a car repaired professionally recently that should have.l been toataled in my view but the insurance insisted on a $55k repair on an $89k M3 and the car came back better than ever. It just needs to be done by the right people - who knows in this case but I’d be interested in knowing who did the repair to make a better judgement on it

I’m guessing it lands in the $180/190 range
