Bad luck Ammein. I'm in Dubai too. Hope you get your issues sorted and GT2 up and running again. Reading all the info its way too much of a coincidence these drivetrain issues occurred straight after you'd sent them your GT2. Just be thankful its not the engine.
Thanks for the info one to avoid.

I’m confused… who is DubaiPorsche? Al Nabooda Auto… the actual Dubai Porsche is run by Mark Sinclair and wouldn’t put up with crap like this on rennlist. Intersec is in a few weeks you can stop by and say hi

I think I was pretty reasonable in my 2nd response to the OP. I understand frustration. I went ballistic when my old 991.1 GTS had the PDK fail, mostly because it was under 10k miles and the dealer lied to me about having to use a rebuilt instead of a new trans, amongst other things. When you mix them all up, any number of owners may get too hot. The OP may look at this differently a year later, or maybe not. That's his biz.
By the way...at 96,000 km (60k miles) in a car that has been modded to go fast you shouldn't be surprised if something goes sideways.

Some of the posts here do seem harsh after a $41k repair bill but like others say OP a big boy and he chose not only to tune his GT2 but also where he took the car for the tune. All he's doing is warning others which for me is helpful.

not helpful until you hear both sides of the story.

No very helpful on its own actually and yes response helpful too for different reasons to your summation. 5 mins desktop research tells you all anyone with a GT2 needs to do. I'd personally send a GT to Manthey if I felt the urge to tune.
