just buy a bare plastic one & have it painted. $40 for the plastic cap.
Then have your local auto paint supplier use their paint reading camera to build a formula for your Guards Red bumper in that location (cuz UV will fade your GR differently all over the car. ask me how I know with my 1991).
Get the paint from them & then have it painted (or if you're like me & have painted cars through the 80's & 90's, DIY it. Easy with the right sprayer & dryer.
estimated cost about $75, and then going fwd, I had that perfectly matched touch up paint for any nics on the front end. Of course I am talking about my '91 single stage solvent based paint,... verses your modern clear coat paint. But still it would work perfectly.
