Are you in the US? Ideally if you're driving your car on the weekends and your state doesn't enforce it strictly, I'd go without one. If you need one, then US Millworks. Previous owner of my car ran one. It's a good solution.
If you're in Europe, then that may be a different story.

At 5:15 in this video, Chris Harris shows his solution on his GT3 Touring. He doesn't mention a source, but maybe send him a message on Instagram to find out where he got it.

Maybe try vinyl film/wrap. Have someone print out your plate number on the vinyl film and apply it to the front bumper. I'm pretty sure that's what was done on C.Harris's GT

The tow hook works but just completely messes up the front end whenever I see a car with one. I got this front mount that uses brackets on springs to grab on the mesh front air damn. Just don't ask for a group buy which is apparently "so Honda Civic" 😁. https://carbonio.com/products/porsch...911~pv_997-gt3

just buy a bare plastic one & have it painted. $40 for the plastic cap.
Then have your local auto paint supplier use their paint reading camera to build a formula for your Guards Red bumper in that location (cuz UV will fade your GR differently all over the car. ask me how I know with my 1991).
Get the paint from them & then have it painted (or if you're like me & have painted cars through the 80's & 90's, DIY it. Easy with the right sprayer & dryer.
estimated cost about $75, and then going fwd, I had that perfectly matched touch up paint for any nics on the front end. Of course I am talking about my '91 single stage solvent based paint,... verses your modern clear coat paint. But still it would work perfectly.
