Get some new bolts and check the roll bar link bolts for stretch. Folks often really torque them and this causes visible deformation on the bolts.
As a FYI: If you can easily more a rod end in your hand, you either have freakishly powerful hands or a bad rod end - and I'm betting it's a bad rod end. You should not be able to move them around. These wear out, and most that are found on the aftermarket are not that good...
