lol he could, just moved on. He got a 599 I think. Or god knows what, man had more cars than most dealers have sold. He was doing quite well and with some impressive machinery WAYYY prior to BBC.

Hell just cars he owns now, it would be a life impressive collection:
Citroen 2cv
512TR
205 gti
AX GTi
Porsche 356
Caterham
m5 e28
m5 e34 touring (fake but who gives a fck daily shed ftw)
Bentley Mulsanne
m2 comp
991 gt3 Touring
G wagon
Range Rover Classic v8
Rally m3 e30
A 90s E shape cabrio Merc (r219?)
plus some Ducatis and the lot
God knows what more is around.
Had a f12, z/28 and a couple more hot stuff prior to lockdown.

I also added a 964 to the stable. Was pretty much much stock when i found it in a barn. Now it got some new JRZ suspension and bigger brakes and new bushings. Will need to do something about that throttle response. Love the car on the road.

found a set of my favorite seats to put in it

Hope these engine mounts are suitable for a road car that will see about 5-7 track days per year.

Shiny....

New big blacks installed with steel braided brake lines.

New bushings all over.

JRZ goodies in a box.

well its a start.

"Just move on"? Ok, sorry to upset you. I made one comment that was based on several comments Harris made over the years in his videos and Piston Heads posts. I don't think I'm the one dwelling on this, kiddo. Whatever makes you happy though.

I had read that comment as "Chris" had just "moved on" ,.... not you. But I'm sure he can clarify. But it didn't seem to me to a direct shot at you

No mate, you misunderstood my comment HE moved on to other cars, not you or directed to you. Not dwelling as well.
I know it was a bit of a fanboy comment, but I still think he is very underwritted and underrated by Porsche community, because he rarely blows his own trump if at all and he as played and helped oil some fairly important cogs for Porsche (the 997 gen returning to rally and having the brilliant François Delecour in the Tuthill rally car, the initial hype on Porsche restomod with his green frog, the race with the road 997 gt3 rs on 24h of nurburgring, etc etc small bits that got bigger and more mainstream without no one really seeing where they came from.
And the other reason was to show to some people that think he is just a journalist that drives some bog mundane car and gets to opinate without real life living knowledge, that he in fact owns or has owned most classes of cars he reviews.
In fact he has owned more than most, without even taking into account the long termers, the press cars, the race cars, the development cars, etc.
So when he speaks of a car the guy has a massive back catalog of experience that very few in this world will be able to have regardless of money.
Not saying his opinion is the be-all end-all because of personal preference, but it's more relevant than most make it to be.
