@pissedpuppy To capture the maximum gains seen above you'll need a set of our headers and the accompanying tune. I'll PM you the info later today.

Cool. OEM operates in the same manner - resonance opening different valves as RPMs increase.

Secret sauce is Better flow rates make more HP?

how is this different than current dundon power package 4 w headers intake 93mm tb = 60 hp.

Stock uses resonance yes. Almost every NA intake does. We changed the intake runners dimensions and center plenum dimensions to alter the resonance order. So not the same as stock and no valves in the plenum...

Secret sauce is moving the order of the resonance charging regime. Wasn’t easy to find a way to change the runners, along with plenum volume and make it all fit.

The one on the website was the first version of the kit, which we didn’t sell. Only on a few local builds. Now we’re happy with the power peak rpm and the roll off. So is time to “officially” release it!

Jamie, when you say "a set of our headers", are you referring to race headers, or catted versions? What is the expected price of the complete package for my 3.6 RS?

Either worked well, and gave the same power output from 4500 and up. Street headers had a bit more 2000-3000rpm torque.

The Minimum kit to achieve this power is our Street Headers to your OEM muffler, The Intake Manifold Kit, and a Cobb Accessport with our tune. You can add the dual cone carbon airbox, crack pipe or lifetime muffler to the kit if you'd like.

Keep in mind a 3.9/4.0/4.2 L is similar power and these parts can be removed and sold when/if you sell your car. In my experience it's hard to recoup the investment in an engine build as the engine will go with the car...

whoa....I'd def have to test drive this set up before taking that plunge

and by OEM muffler, are you referring to center muffler (I ask because that would be an addiitonal charge as mine is gone)

That’s the new intake? don’t see new one for 3.8.

Intake + headers + tune = $18,000+/-

3.8 power package is $25,000+/-

Sure, cost less than increasing engine displacement, but I’m w P Puppy... would need a test drive.

is it similar to going from stock 3.8 hp/tq (450/430) to 4.0 (493/460)?

You can buy an OEM muffler on eBay/rennlist if you're looking for $750-1000.
Our headers are $7295 complete, they add 20+whp and are lifetime guaranteed
The Plenum is 2 years of work, not simple in the least and better than the factory part in every way.

Total all in for minimum requirement is about $17k at retail. Those who are early in this and help us to quantify and support the efficacy will see discounts up to 20% as we've done in the past, 10% up front and 10% after performance data is recorded.

As far as a test drive? If you're serious you'd need to fly to Gig Harbor, or wait a bit for someone to get the kit local to you...

We don't have everything on the website hence "teaser" complete minimum kit is 17k + shipping or so without any discounts for performance tester.
