Heel & Toe with PCCBs

Heel & Toe with PCCBs
I'm finding it challenging to properly heel and toe in my new GT3 which has PCCBs. The issue is that the brakes are so good, they do not require much pedal travel and as a result, the brake pedal is positioned higher than the gas pedal even under braking. In my former 911s which did not have PCCBs, the brake pedal moved down enough before the brakes were engaged to come in line with the gas pedal, making it very easy to blip the throttle without any crazy twisting of the ankle. Has anyone else experienced this? Any recommended solutions or is this something I'll just need to adapt to?

I have the same experience. I heel toe my other cars, especially 205 gti is a dream.
7GT3 is working perfectly braking Ito corners on track, not so much in any road situations.
I'm on steels but with either Endless or PCF pads, so but should be comparable.

Normal and expected with PCCBs... Heel and toe will be very difficult on the streets but achievable on track as the brakes will get hotter and there will be more pedal travel. Braking later will help as will adjustable pedals mentioned above.

Warm up your brakes early in the drive with a couple strong stops from 40->10. Once those pads have a bit of heat their linearity improves, and this is particularly true with the OEM PCCB pads.

I second what runet said! (https://www.rennline.com/Manual/products/314/)
I LOVE this setup, so much easier to do all that heel and toe, double clutch and I am exclusively left foot braking during auto-x (but that's unrelated LOL).
I got a black one so you can't even tell that they are aftermarket. Get the top side extension and it accomplishes two things... raises the gas petal surface (which is incredibly sunken against the brake pedal if you ask me) and second... the top side extension in reality allows you to do heel and heel as oppose to heel and toe which is much harder to get right.

yeah, strangely enough it's easier to heel-toe my 6speed tacoma.
in the gt3 stock pedal setup with pccb's, it's more of a toe-toe motion on the street. left toes on brake right toes at the top of the throttle. my ankles don't flex far enough to heel-toe it. i just can't physically do it.
having said that, it's no less fun and i'm not sure it's worth a pedal upgrade since i don't track the car.

all of the above sounds right to me. I've got the Rennline gas peddle extension, PCCB's, & drive mostly on the street,... get them hot & it helps, push it harder & I seem to do better. When I start to run faster into corners & brake harder, I do better.

We had a handful of customers complaining of this exact issue. Here's our spacer to bring the pedal to a more comfortable position. A quick and easy install!
They're also on Black Friday pricing currently

should be able to h/t without an issue once the pccbs warm up. it's likely just a seat time thing to adjust. never really noticed any issues on track. I REALLY do not like any gas or throttle pedals with rubber on them. OEM/rennline are OUT for me. nothing worse going for the brake pedal and your foot slipping off.
I like SRP pedals. high quality and American made. I have a grid dead, clutch, and brake with a smooth throttle + extender:
