Quick Jack BL-5000SLX lift >>
Sold my BendPak MD-6XP Mid-Rise Lift (I had grown tired of parking on top of it) in exchange for the Quick Jack. Loving it so far. Perfect for maintenance.
Highly recommend.
Quick Jack BL-5000SLX raises about 20"
Mounts on the wall with hangers (sold separately)

Looks great. I’ve been considering either a Quick Jack or Jackpoint jackstands for probably a year or two now. Trying to figure out which will be the most stable. All I would really need it for would be brake work, wheels, and oil changes. I know both are safe for putting your body under the car, although I still think I would prefer a 2 or 4 post traditional lift for that, unless the quick jack feels super secure.
The one advantage that I like about the Jackpoint jackstands is being able to put wheels under the rocker panels as an added measure. The quick jacks I think you can put jackstands under, however, it is probably a tight fit.

I have no idea they made wall hangers for these!

I had the same thought. I love this lift and I feel it is very stable. I did get the 7000 model so I could also work on my work Suburban without fear. I was also concerned it wouldn't go under my new to me GT3 but it does with about a 1/2' to spare.

I've been very pleased with mine and the "on the wall" storage is a big plus. They are VERY heavy and well-built. I believe that BendPak now owns the company that makes QuikJacks. It seems very safe with two "locked" positions.
The Porsche pic shows the higher lift setting, the 'Winter Beater' Crown Vic pic is the lower one. I used my ESCO jackstands as a safety backup but they really weren't needed.

I've been thinking about getting one of these but am curious about height. My GT3 is lowered a bit.
How much clearance do you get on your GT3?
Do you use Hokey pucks on the factory Jack points or the black rubber pads?

And it comes with rubber squares in 2 different sizes.
Just use the smaller size and make sure you are on the factory spots before you start lifting and you are good to go.

Dumb question incoming...
Would it be considered reasonable/safe to store your car in winter on these in the raised position? Meaning, does the product even say that is a good use case?
Thanks for the great photos and videos. I really do want a set of them as I have a low ceiling in my garage and this would be super useful.

I managed to answer my own dumb question by reading the Frequent Questions sections directly on QuickJack's website. Here is the answer to my question:
Once the lift is raised and firmly positioned onto both safety lock bars, the QuickJack could remain elevated for an indefinite period.
Also related:
Once the lift is raised and firmly positioned onto both safety lock bars, the hoses could then be disconnected and stowed.
How long can I leave QuickJack raised in the air with a vehicle loaded?

Can the power unit and hoses be disconnected after the lift is raised and securely locked?

Love mine. I don't bother with a jack and jack stands anymore. This is just as easy if not easier and gives you more clearance.
