11 RS - White

Super clean: Car was 2019 PCA Zone 7 full concours class winner. if you attended any of the events last year, you saw the car.

Received PM after my post offering 155k..... dream on.

Don't need to sell, considering an 11 4.0

No such thing as a "no budget" buyer.

Valuable lesson about buying one with a maintenance history and being willing to pay up for that

Good deal for next owner / surprised to see it for sale after all that work

^^^ agreed 100%. Buy buyer and make sure there's record. Buy price usually get you toasted down the rd with neglect services. Believe i found the right car and happy w/ decision made.

I wondered where that one ended up, I had seen it posted for sale at Porsche of Colorado Springs and wondered why it was less $ than others for sale.

$18k and 800 miles, ouch.....

The selling dealer was great, no issues at all with them in the sale. In fairness, everything I had done was because I just wanted it done not necessarily because it 'needed' to be done or was because of previous neglect. The engine out service to do coolant pipes/elbows and to confirm it had the new actuators (one was the 'old version' so I had that replaced) as well as new valve cover gaskets was more for peace of mind and 'while you are in there' type stuff. Tires had >75% tread when I got the car, but were a bit old by date so I replaced those with the new MPS4S. The suspension updates were also by choice. Only real surprise I had was PS line which was sweating, so had that replaced as well as wheel bearing. Also I knew the Akrapovic race headers and 100 cell cats would be an issue for CT emissions, so I replaced those too and added side bypasses to ensure no fitment issues. None of the work was a burden to me, I had the GT2 to use while work was being done so I didn't mind the car being away. Part of doing all this work is some of the fun and to make it mine! If I bought a $160k version and then had to do all that work, I'd have been upset. So I think next owner can feel confident in the car and it has the service records to back it up. None of this was an ouch for me.

Got it, that makes a lot of sense.

i was concerned with the emissions here as well. Colorado Springs doesn’t have emissions like we do further north.

Nice! Good luck with the RS sale! What (if anything) are you doing to the GT2?
