Does the sport cup fit the 997? I thought they only make it for the 991? I know the boxes in the back are similar but I think tip length is different.
Looks like the sport cup akra deletes the side mufflers too.

My Akrapovic titanium headers/side mufflers are for sale. These are NLA for the 997 GT3/GT3RS I believe. These are 100 cell cats so will trigger the CEL. More info in my classified ad.

Sport cup uses stock cats
Removes side muffler
Akrapovic Centrr

I'll try to find dyno info from 2012 when I installed it

I've easily got 20,000 hard track mile on it and it's never cracked

And it sounds amazing

For road use - do nothing and try and stay out of jail. For the track, decide how far down the slippery slope you want to go, and then don't make the mistake I made, and just buy a cup car

BUT before you do anything - hire a good coach for a weekend at your favorite track, and get some seat time...

For track only;
Side muffler delete, diff, 4.0 clutch and ST rotors.

For street, just a nice center muffler for better sound.
