Black 997.2 GT3RS 11K miles

Agree with all you have said except: 991 GT3/RS buyers are not the same as 997 GT3/RS buyers. Yes a small percentage go back and forth and yes, the market is now softer overall because the market is FLOODED with all of the 991 GT car iterations. Making all of the 997 cars worth more in the end. If he needs to sell it then let it go..
Pricing on 997 are stable. You can see those that at lower have some miles to it which is fine. The difference here would be 2-3 years out.

Imo this is a 200k ask car. At least.
150 wouldn't buy you a car with leas than 15k miles, mint no track and clean dme to begin with. Not sure 165 does it either.
The only reason there is pressure in this market is because there is a deluge of 991 variant supply. Will take a while to settle but sooner than you think.

I did not buy a black one. That would be PTS. I bought a Grey/Black one. There is a PTS black one in Scottsdale that is a nice copy that is a stripper model with 12k miles. He is asking $199k, but I'm betting he would take less, but not sure. My car has 10k miles and a 170k MSRP (PCCBs and loaded). I paid less than MSRP, but not $150k. I was offered two strippers though that were not PTS cars for $150k. So they are out there. I had to have full leather including dash and stitching and wanted PCCBs, so I had to pay more. I agree that all the 991s have hurt the market. I hope you are right and these cars go back to $200-250k now that I own one. Mine should be here tomorrow. Can't wait.

While the grey/black cars are not pts, that color WAS an RS only color and must be seen to be fully appreciated. It changes with the light appearing dark grey or light and has no metallic.

Comparable miles of a 997 with a 991 RS is almost priced thesame. And with an MSRP of 150-170, a 997 RS has been appreciated.
A gray RS with 300 miles asking is $300? MSRP is $160. A 300 mile 991RS asking for $225, MSRP is 190k.
A 5000 mile 997RS asking $190, a 5000 miles 991 RS is $190-200.
Where is this pointing? Definitely the 991 will go down. Then history will judge if it needs to go up but with the way its going and how porsche fans think, keep your 997 RS. Its the last of the manual RS. Nothing to be worried about.
