Car back together. New BBI coolant fittings, Sharkwerks fittings for oil cooler. 4.0 lwfw and clutch, water pump, new hoses, rear main seal. Blueprinted fuel injectors, had intake cleaned. New plugs. Did leakdown test- only 3% cold, and 45,000 miles. That was good news.

Can't believe how fast it revs now. Quite a bit livelier on the street. Still waiting to see how it is on track

im doing these exact same mods along with a ring and Pinion. Are you overall happy with the LWFW?

I did the LWFW recently also. I put on the harmonic balancer too. I like the feel, but it's definitely noisy.

Do you have cup car cables or stock shift cables?

Gotcha. Well keep us updated if the feel and performance outweigh the interior noise....

Car a bit noisier. But with the headers and exhaust setup, what's a little more noise. Very happy I did the LWFW

So I went on vacation the day I got the car back and really didn't get a chance to drive. Long story short, the Redline Speed Worx crew were very professional and did an exceptional job at a fair price. They weren't the cheapest, neither the most expensive. Overall I'm very happy. In addition to the parts I initially listed, they installed:
  • Coolant pipe kit. Which consists of water hoses, o-rings, seal-rings, etc.
  • New thermostat
  • Rear Main Seal
  • Throttle body gasket, etc.
Now on to the drive.. overall the car feels amazing. I guess if I had to choose a single word to describe the overall feel, it would be "precise". Banging through gears just feels solid, I guess the Function First Transmission mount is what's doing the magic here.

The clutch pedal feels much stiffer than the original and the car is super rev happy now. This would attribute to the GT3 RS 4.0 LWFW and clutch kit. Car feels so much faster in first and second gear. The only con is the chatter which is normal and was expected. But then again, if I wanted a luxury sports car, the GT3 wouldn't be it. I can live with the extra bit of noise. Will probably do a video soon so stay tuned!
