Was looking for a new driving experience and moved from my 997.2 GT3 over to a GT4. So far I am enjoying the mid-engine and drive ability of the GT4. Even though the GT4 does not have the same power - at the moment anyway. I do miss the GT3. Well, except for the center lock wheels that is....

Congrats and enjoy!
PCCB on the GT3? Steel on the GT4? What are the colors? (I know they are silver - I mean which silver)
Both have a lot of presence and personality. Enjoy your new ride in the best of health!

I rode in a friends gt4, extensive mods by body motion, and a Bryan Copans short ring & pinion. Car dynos 405hp at the wheels. It was flipping amazing. I'd give up my GT3 for it it, but only with the rest multilink suspension mod

The GT3 was Arctic Silver and the 4 is GT Silver. Originally the GT3 had PCCB's. I changed them out for Giro's once I started tracking on a regular basis.

I think it may be time to change the screen name...
Will report back on how the GT4 journey goes. I took it on the track at Sebring for a day right after I got it last month. I missed the torque of the GT3. Not to mention the mid-corner understeer I experienced. Right after Sebring I took the car over to our friends at Autoquest. They are working their magic with a tune, headers, throttle body, and plenum. Of course all the proper safety stuff. As well as track alignment, Forgline wheels and Hoosiers. Plus ST Carbon Ceramic Rotors.Later will come improved suspension and gear changes. Will be back at Sebring with Chin in October and happy to share back.

I do appreciate driving a newer car with proper safety if you are indeed tracking a lot.
Good luck.
