Been a while but car still for sale. Several serious inquiries but none have followed through due to other strings attached that needed to be dealt with before a firm offer etc.

I respectfully disagree, IMO the asking price for this particular 997.1 RS is very much in line. It would already be in my garage if I had the cash in hand.
Regarding Rennlist GT3 sales, there are two things that seem to be de rigueur around here, also based on my personal experience as a seller:
1.) If a seller wishes to attract lowballers, e-mail pen pals, tire kickers and dreamers, Rennlist is the place!
2.) Those who currently do not own a GT3 continually say "GT3 prices are dropping!" when that is not the case with pristine or near-pristine, well cared for 997 GT3's, especially the ones with that magical RS suffix.
