Default Euro GT3 RS, Clubsport, CGT Seat Hardware Part #'s

Does anyone have the part #'s for the following parts? They are not in the PET unless you buy the whole rail or side mount assembly...

I believe Mooty is correct ; I was just pricing out the CGT seats through my dealer and nothing is shown in stock . Updated prices were present , but no inventory . Not sure if the ones shown on the Suncoast site are in stock ( $22,000 !!! ) or if they would tell you they can't get them if you went to order . Not that I'm spending 22K on seats . Looks like you've got the seats and worse comes to worse both of the parts you're looking for can be aftermarket sourced ( spring ) or fabbed in the case of the nut plate . Good luck .

993 and earlier cars have a separate PET seat catalog. You can order every little bit of mounting hardware separately...

Thanks guys. It's hard to believe that these seats are now $22,000! My seats are perfect except for the hardware on one seat. I really want to keep everything factory. Ilko between your suggestion and a post by Powdrhound im getting there. Here are the part numbers I have found so far...

Pic 1) 98652164300 Threaded plate
Pic 2) 99652164500 Spring
Pic 3) 98652165900 Flange head bolt for side mount to slider

im still looking for the numbers for the side mount to seat bolt and the yellow wiring box... any ideas?

I had a similar problem with my CGT seats, the threaded plates were missing, as were the "side mount to seat rail" button head bolts. I had no luck ordering them, as I couldn't find part numbers for them, I tried contacting Recaro too but no joy there either. So in the end a friend helped me fab up some plates with welded nuts, and I used regular high tensile bolts to secure the side mounts.

Are you certain that your part number for the threaded plate is correct? It looks different in the PET diagram, I'm not certain but I think they might be for the 996 GT3 buckets, I remember going through this dilemma when I was looking.

Anyway, good luck, I'd be interested to know if you successfully manage to order these parts!

I have ordered the 3 part numbers I posted. I will confirm whether they are correct or not when they arrive.

i looked at my sideplate, there are no PN on mine, sorry :-(

also 22,000/pair is CGT look like seats that are used in non CGT cars.
the actual CGT seats start with PN 980 and are $17,000 EACH and that doesn't included cushions or the shoulder belt passthrough brackets. i did quite a bit or research on them as i was buying a pair. then the price caused much brain damage so i didnt go through with it.

i do NOT know what is the actual difference b/c CGT look seat vs CGT seats. i have both types (aactual seats in my cars) i been staring at them for over 2 months and i cannot see differecne other than grade of leather.

just FYI

Appreciate it Mooty, thanks for taking the time to look. $17,000 each!!! you have a good point about what these seats actually are so I've updated the thread title to be a more appropriate description.

One more part part number to add to the list...

Pic 5) BMW part # 61136954589 Yellow box for wiring harness (Yes really, the correct part is a BMW part)

Now on to find the # for the side mount bolts.

Those side mount bolts look an awful lot like the ones I have on my 993 RS seats. The part numbers for those are as follows:

900 025 070 07 - washer A8 4 X 17 X 1,6
900 067 330 07 - pan head screw M8 X 20

Not much difference between the CGT and euro gt3 buckets (beyond alcantera inserts). However, CGT seats came in 2 sizes and most US CGT's came in the wider, larger size that is larger than the euro gt3 bucket. I think I explained that clear as mud.

If you have the smaller CGT seat, they are fairly interchangeable with the euro gt3 bucket (minus the middle cushions). There's is a larger size CGT seat that is wider in hips and shoulders.

Thanks Ilko, I appreciate the leg work. I found a flange head M8 x 20 (99909301007) that looks like a good candidate too. I'm going to order one of each of the part numbers you gave me plus the one I found, hopefully we have a winner.
