Hands Together for a Cure 2017 Update
Hello Rennlisters!
Wanted to send a shout out to everyone on Rennlist to give you an update from the 2017 Hands Together for a Cure year. Have a read of the attachment for the details and amazing stories from what was the best year to date! One such story involves a humble guy and fellow Rennlist member Irish Guitar. I reached out last year in April, and within 30 minutes he responded back with a donation of VIP tickets to his concert here in Calgary. The tickets went towards the annual Hands Together for a Cure Low and Slow BBQ and Silent Auction which culminated in a significant bid.
Also would like to once again send out a thanks to;
- David at Forgeline Wheels (6 year supporter)
- Porsche Centre Calgary (6 year supporter)
- CR Techniques/Chinook Upholstery (6 year supporter)
- South Centre VW (6 year supporter)
- ConeKilr (6 year supporter)
- Range Mobility Calgary
- TPC
- RSS
- Tarett Engineering
- Guard Transmission
- Sikand Foundation
- Colliers International
- CAE Healthcare
Without these quality supporters, among so many others, we would never have surpassed our fundraising goals every year
We are on again for 2018!

Caleb waited two years for his ride. Was so excited!
Caleb and Dad Jason signing the GT3
Carter was the winner of the fastest speed entering turn 1 @ 147 km/h!
Every survivor got a HTFAC T-Shirt that proudly stated they have officially entered the 160 km/h Club which was reached between turns 6 and 7!

Brent - This is an amazing story. I can’t think of a better way o use a GT3 than to give these kids and their families a smile. I think everyone on this board should be donating to such a cause. I will be today.

Thanks for the kind words, and your generous donation.
Every dollar raised goes straight to kids cancer research. This research is shared globally.

Thanks for the donation. Absolutely fantastic to be getting the RLers on board. Have been busy pounding the pavement for donations as well as getting the GT3 ready for the event. Lots to get done, but when the weekend comes, it all is soooo worth while.

Once again, thank you. You have always been a big supporter of Hands Together for a Cure. Folks from our Calgary Police and EMS have already been asking if there will be more tix available. Big hit at the Hands Together for a Cure Low and Slow BBQ and Silent Auction!
