I have an 05' with Sport Chrono and PSE and previously an 07". The "SPORT" button activates the PSE. I just turn off the suspension setting so I don't have the firm ride. But the PSE works just fine. There is no PSE button when equipped with Sport Chrono.

No sport chrono, my understanding is that's the "wart" and does nothing other than disturb the flat design of the dashboard

So it looks like the answer is -

PSE and Sport Chrono - no separate PSE button
PSE and no Sport Chrono - separate PSE button

Sport Chrono is not just the clock - it remaps the throttle response in Sport mode and activates PASM in Sport mode. Your build is insane, but strange that it has everything but Sport Chrono.
