I think it looks terrible. Never been a fan of if the slant nose and the body kit on this one is not doing it any favors.

Very unique build... Love the idea of an air cool tribute build plus wide body...

So as a 997 owner you wouldn't walk around this car 15 times if you were at sema?

Back rear bumper is bad... Concept is very cool. Rear flares are excellent. Need to see more 997 chopped up into unique builds. More then enough of them without fear of killing off a legend.

997 needs a wide body kit from someone IMO. Not as fugly and expensive as Liberty Walk, RWB doesn't make for the 997 but if did likely too over the top. Someone just needs to
Look at the champion Motorsports rsr build and build a wide body fender extrusion kit in this theme and would be a huge hit....

This slant note build as seen here in the right color I think would be neat..... Red or black car with gold lm BBS wheels etc

The whole nose looks too far forward. The louvers should be over the wheel wells and the front lights look awful. They used exposed fasteners in some areas and smooth integrated pieces in others. It's disjointed. The airbagged stance is terrible. The wing is at least sized proportionally but the rake to the rear is too exaggerated. The proportions are just not good on this and the exposed rivets ruin it. They were close though. I could see this working with better execution.

For a show car it could be a lot worse. To be honest it's almost refreshing to see something new being done with the 997.

I'm in love, except with that wing.

They are reflecting the light placement on Porsches 70's area 934 Le Mans beast.
I think the car in OP's post looks great for reflecting the old just not something I would do with a modern Porsche 911

yes sir, thanks for posting that pic. Now people can see maybe a bit more where the vision came from. Not suggesting it will change peoples minds but after seeing your post maybe this tribute will make more sense as far as its design as it relates to 70's era 934 Le Mans you mention.

Never liked the slant nose myself, and can't imagine driving a 911 with no headlight fender humps, not to mention the pop-up headlights. I do give it "uniqueness".

I like the body kit fenders but the slant nose doesn't push my buttons.

The Kremer is a way more faithful updated reproduction of their own 935's that they actually raced (and quite sucessfully!), and not some wannabe that'll scrape over a piece of gum.

That Kremer thing looks worse to me. A 747 could take off with that wing!!

I think that SEMA crap looks pretty cool. You could make some minor changes to the body kit to make it more street friendly and not so extreme but not bad - esp the colour
