I had a great experience ordering from FVD. Rhonda was very responsive to my PMs and they shipped out the lights the next day after I placed the order on their website. The were truly plug and play and I was in business after an easy 15 minute install, with no codes on my test drive.

I'm not sure. I could not find any label that said Depo but I did see "Made in Taiwan". They do look pretty much the same so I'd say good chance they are.

Oh funny I took a look and they do say "DEPO" in that very location.

They have a nice deal right now thanks to Brexit and the bad exchange rate. Now only $595 plus about $30 shipping (Use to be $700 I think).
