Default 997.2 rear bumper cover upgrade - advice and opinions

Hi everyone, wanted to upgrade a rear bumper cover on my 997.2 c2s. Looked online and only saw whole kits mostly to convert to center exhaust. I'm looking to just get rid off bumperetts and have air inlets on the sides turbo style and retain dual pipes on each side. Any suggestions would be appreciated. PS. I already have techart style side rocker panels and front lip spoiler and rear spoiler. Just in case people will say not to mess with classic look

I hate to see a car with custom front or rear bumper only and not both front and rear. It looks incomplete. And it should probibly have some matching style side rockers. I would do the whole car or not do anything.

My car has side rockers and front bumper done. Now I'm planning to do the rear bumper. Although the one from the link above looks good it seems overpriced

Doh, I have a GT3 front bumper only. It's only offensive to porsche-o-philes. The average person has no idea anything has been swapped out.

I saw a bunch of these bumper upgrades on ebay but most are for year upto 2008
OR c4s. I know it wouldn't fit wide body. However, would it fit narrow body 2010?

advice - don't make your car look like something it isn't

it's lame-o

get nice wheels, stance it, detail it, clay bar it, add a stripe or decal or two

but don't play pretend

eh.. I say if you like it, go for it. as long as you don't have any GT3 graphics its fine. something completely different (as in not a look from any production 911) is ok too. its your car!

Mine is 2010 C2S stock. I don't like the bumperetts look. So wanted to get a different bumper

I'm not trying to make it look like a GT3 or any of that. As I stated before I have front and side techart style pieces, and a rear spoiler. So now I want to replace the rear bumper for more custom look and get rid off the bumperetts that in my opinion making it look dated. And I wouldn't put any decals on my car that's definitely is lame-o

You can de-bumperette the car easily. Search for my post I think in April or May. Looks fantastic and factory and maybe $700 all in.
